Window hangings
These are pieces of stained glass art that are designed to hang in a window to best show off their color, light, texture, and bevel. They can be used to enhance the view or hide the view.
I especially like how each piece changes color and texture as different light falls on it. The same piece appears different if there is sunlight from the back, or diffuse light or only light on its face. It never looks the same. I also love bevels. They act as prisms and will throw rainbows around the room if struck by direct sunlight.
Please remember that there is no way to photograph a stained glass work and have it reproduce to the beauty it has in real life. At best the photos are a crude representation of the original.
